Wheelchair repair shall be done both in the workshop and in the communities.When the wheelchair is broken down, the user will inform AAR, WCD outreach staff by phone and then the staff will give advice to them on how to repair or maintain (if the wheelchairis slightly broken).

As principle, the follow up of wheelchair users is done within one year within distribution. The follow-up activities aim to ascertain:

• The quality of life of users (life changes after use of wheelchair)

Our staff always motivate the users and their families and also to persuade them raising issues and ambition. If they require available services (training, education, operation, medical care), besides wheelchair, we will refer them to other organizations
